Global Communication

"How do I currently use my global communication skills, and what skills can I improve?"
I currently use all means of communication. I would make sure that when using them I keep it professional and according to business codes. One thing that I would work on is the smartphone safety and making sure that my passwords are secure and free from someone trying to figure them out.

Verbal Communication are skills that you use daily. Whether it's on the phone or in person, we have to speak to make sure that what we say is understood. Giving someone directions or trying to simple diffuse a situation requires verbal communication. In this field I plan to make sure that I'm polite when speaking with others. I plan to be a great listener when having meetings or discussions.

Managing Stress

"This material has helped me think about how I manage my stress in the following ways."

I've learned that when and if at any time I'm stressed, walk away from the situation for a while and come back to it with a new approach.
I've learned how to understand my stress. Some things are not worth stressing over and can be fixed easily.
I've understand that when I procrastinate, it causes things to pile up all at once and then I start to stress trying to figure out how to get things done. I'm not trying to have better time management so that all things go smooth and don't cause me to stress.
