Customer Service

"I believe customer service skills are important for me to have as an administrative professional for the following reasons, and here is how I can demonstrate this importance to customers.."

I believe that customers deserve a great experience wherever they go. That will make them want to return because of the great experience and they will also recommend others.
I will make sure to make the customers feel welcomed and that I'm here for them for whatever it is they need. I'll make sure that the customer/patient whether in person or on the phone is satisfied with the ending results. You must treat everyone with respect and they will treat you the same. When a problem comes up, handle with care and let the customer/patient know that your going to find a solution to the problem.
