Managing Stress

"This material has helped me think about how I manage my stress in the following ways."

I've learned that when and if at any time I'm stressed, walk away from the situation for a while and come back to it with a new approach.
I've learned how to understand my stress. Some things are not worth stressing over and can be fixed easily.
I've understand that when I procrastinate, it causes things to pile up all at once and then I start to stress trying to figure out how to get things done. I'm not trying to have better time management so that all things go smooth and don't cause me to stress.

Teamwork

"Name one concept you learned about teamwork in this chapter that you believe will benefit you the most in the workplace, and explain why."
This chapter have taught me the true meaning of teamwork. I've been in situations where I've had to complete assignments on my own because no one was willing to help me perform the task. I now have a full understanding of the definition "teamwork". If I'm willing to be a team player then I must have someone on my team to be a great team player also.
